Return Process

  Log in to your Growplex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
